TODAY'S CHALLENGE
You get a text from "FedEx" saying your package couldn't be delivered. It has a link to "track your delivery now." What do you do?
Smishing (SMS phishing) is one of the most common ways scammers target teens. Real carriers never ask you to click a link in a text.
🤖
I don't get why my password is bad — it's 8 characters!
Great start! Let me show you why "Dragon123" is easy for computers to guess — and how to make a password that's actually hard. Want to try the password lab?

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

Is this the same as what my kid does at school?
Yes — and more. The classroom version and home version share the same mission library and progress tracking, so kids can sync their work between school and home. At home, they also get the Cipher AI Mentor, daily challenges, and parent dashboard — which aren't included in the classroom-only plan.
Can I use it with more than one child?
Yes. Up to 5 child profiles per subscription — each with their own hero identity, XP, level, badges, and progress. You manage all of them from one parent dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your dashboard at any time, even during the free trial. If you cancel, your kids keep their free hero accounts with all the progress they've earned (first 2 missions free on the no-plan tier).
Is it COPPA compliant?
Yes. CyberHeroesHQ is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. No ads, no third-party data sharing, no behavioral tracking. Full privacy policy at cyberheroeshq.com/trust.
What age is appropriate to start?
Ages 5–18. We have a dedicated K–2 curriculum (missions 32–34) designed for early readers with simpler language, more visual guides, and slower pacing. The content adapts as they grow — no starting over needed.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You'll be charged $12/month (or $96/year if you chose annual) on day 15 — but we'll remind you 3 days before. You can cancel any time before the charge, no questions asked. If you don't cancel, your kids keep full access.
