Questions parents ask
What age is this for?
Designed for ages 8–14. Missions use game mechanics, anime visuals, and real-world scenarios — not boring videos or worksheets. Older teens can play too.
How does the trial work?
14 days free, no charge. After that, $12/month or $96/year (save 33%). Cancel anytime before the trial ends — you won't be billed.
My kid is already in a school class — do we need this?
Not if the school is already running CyberHeroesHQ. Classroom students get full access through their teacher. Family plan is for home use outside a school.
What do kids actually learn?
Password security, phishing detection, social media safety, malware recognition, data privacy, inbox threat analysis, password strength entropy, and two-factor authentication — all through interactive play.
Can I see what my kid is doing?
Yes. Parent progress reports show each mission's completion, score, and XP earned. Downloadable certificates mark each mission passed.
How many kids can use one Family plan?
Up to 4 child profiles. Each hero has their own username, avatar, XP, and mission progress. With Individual at $7.50/mo, families save by switching to Family the moment a second hero joins.
