The internet has a long memory.
Before you post something emotional, ask yourself who might eventually see it, how it might be interpreted, and if you’d be comfortable with it appearing in a college application.
If not, keep it private.
Ask your child: "What would a stranger learn about you if they looked at your social media? Is that okay?"
